Villa Océane is located in the municipality of Le Gosier, perched atop a cliff in a quiet residence, just a few meters from Anse Criquet.
Decorated with great attention, it welcomes you in a warm setting on 3 floors and offers all the necessary comfort for a perfect vacation.
On the first level of the villa, you will find a kitchen open to a dining room and an air-conditioned living room, as well as a terrace extending over the sea with breathtaking views of the ocean. A first bedroom with an adjoining bathroom is on this same level.
On the upper floor, you will have a beautiful air-conditioned master suite and a nice Italian-style shower room. From the bedroom, you will have access to a small terrace equipped with a daybed to relax facing the sea. You will also find another bedroom with a single trundle bed.
From the living room on the lower level at the pool level, an external staircase will give you access to a 4th bedroom, with its shower room and WC. This bedroom faces the jacuzzi and directly overlooks the terrace with the sea view pool.
