Villa Belle Epoque is entirely private and is located on the property of a charming hotel, Habitation Saint-Charles. Allowing you independence while enjoying the services offered by the hotel: bar, restaurant, breakfasts, organization of your excursions, yoga classes, massage at the spa etc.
It breaks down as follows:
On the ground floor there is a large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate toilets, a pantry, a large terrace but also 2 beautiful bedrooms as well as their adjoining bathrooms opening onto the swimming pool.
Upstairs, we find ourselves in a cozy atmosphere, with a dormitory with 7 beds dedicated to children.
And on the left wing of the villa, a luxurious independent bungalow.
A large heated swimming pool as well as a large covered terrace of 55 m² and an outdoor cabin complete the standing of the residence.
