Villa Blackstone is a beautiful, modern and luxurious villa designed by an architect and facing the bay of Marigot.
The sea views are spectacular and the layout of the villa has been made so that every room has a sea view.
A very successful marriage of wood, tiling and touches of colorful and contemporary decoration gives a real identity to this villa 6-bedroom villa and a pleasant feeling of comfort and refinement.
The entrance to the property is on the terrace, facing the view. On the same level, are the living room and the open kitchen.
Next to the lounge is a first bedroom, overlooking the pool (heated) and the sea with its bathroom and a shower that can open on the outside.
Still on the same level, in a separate bungalow and facing the ocean is the Master bedroom which also has a beautiful bathroom with a shower that can open on the outside.
On the lower level are the 4 other bedrooms, all beautiful and overlooking the sea.
One of these four bedrooms has two single beds and can communicate with the adjacent bedroom, making it ideal for parents and children. The double door separating the two bedroom can of course be closed and provides in this case a perfect insulation.
